Order
We have a very small window that allows changes to be made to addresses. Please reach out to the team via Email during business hours and they will do their best to try and help.
Changes to orders cannot be made once the order has been placed and processed.
If you wish to cancel the order please reach out to the Customer Care team Email during business hours and they will do their best to help. Please note - once orders have been processed and completed by our warehouse, we are unable to make any further changes or cancellations but we will try our best to help where we can.
Sorry to hear that you are experiencing a problem placing an order, have you tried clearing your cache, using a different device or browser? We find that this usually fixes the problem!

Customers can make purchases either via PayPal, debit or credit card payments, Apple Pay, Klarna or Alipay- all fast and secure online payment gateways, which accept all major debit and credit cards.
All payments will be taken on completion of order, please allow 3-5 days for the payment to show in your bank account - This can depend on your payment provider.
Delivery
We deliver worldwide as we ship from United States to almost any country.
If your shipping country is not available to select at checkout, we apologise, this is due to certain regulations and are always looking into alternatives to be able to deliver to your country.
Kindly note that we currently cannot deliver to the following countries:

You must notify us by email if you are experiencing a significant delay or have not received your parcel, within 14 working days of the last tracking update.

You are of course welcome to return the items for a refund, exchange or a credit note within 28 days from the date of purchase.
To ensure your item is eligible for return it must:

✅In its original condition and packaging
Once the warehouse hasreceived and approved the return or exchange please noteit can take up to 14 working days to processyour request and youwill be notified when your exchange or refund is processed.
